How we work

Our approach to care.

We believe chiropractic care works best when it is personalized, thorough, and part of a bigger picture for your health.

We start with a real exam

Your first visit includes a thorough health history and physical examination. We want to understand exactly what is going on before we begin treatment.

We explain what we find

We walk you through what we found, what it means, and what we recommend. No confusing jargon. No pressure. Just clear information and an honest recommendation.

We adjust as you progress

Your treatment plan is not locked in on day one. We re-evaluate regularly and change course if something is not working the way we expected.

First visit

What to expect when you come in.

Your first appointment is a getting-to-know-you visit. Plan for about 45 to 60 minutes.

1

Health history intake

We review your symptoms, health background, and what brought you in. You can fill out paperwork in advance if you prefer.

2

Physical examination

We assess your posture, range of motion, and the areas you are concerned about. X-rays may be taken if clinically indicated.

3

Doctor consultation

Your doctor explains what they found and recommends a care plan. You ask questions. Nothing happens without your understanding and agreement.

4

First treatment

In most cases, your first adjustment happens at this visit. Follow-up appointments are typically about 15 minutes.

Good to know

Common questions.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can schedule directly without a referral from another doctor.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes work best. You do not need to bring anything special.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. Call us and we will verify your coverage before your first visit.

Is chiropractic care safe?

Chiropractic care is one of the safest treatments available for musculoskeletal conditions when performed by a licensed doctor. We use techniques appropriate to your specific situation.

Can kids see a chiropractor?

Yes. We treat patients of all ages. Pediatric adjustments use very gentle techniques designed for younger patients.

Ready to come in?

New patient appointments are available now. We would love to meet you and your family.
